Pasta Giglio 4 Legumes (100% legumes) is a gluten-free artisanal specialty, bronze-extruded and dried at low temperature, made from flours of white beans, chickpeas, steamed hulled yellow lentils, and yellow peas, all steamed and then milled. Rich in plant protein and fiber, the pasta cooks in just 2-3 minutes and offers a high yield: 50 g dry becomes about 120 g cooked. Artisanally produced in Italy, without additives or declared allergens, it is ideal for those seeking a balanced and sustainable diet, as well as a valid alternative to cereals.

Description

This pasta is naturally rich in plant proteins and fiber, cooks very quickly, and offers a high yield that makes it filling yet light. The production process includes soaking, steaming, drying, and milling of the legumes, improving digestibility and taste. Bronze extrusion ensures a rough surface perfect for capturing sauces. Recommended preparation: cook in boiling water over low heat with a drizzle of oil to reduce foam during cooking.
